Example: CRM Implementation
A mid-size company rolling out a new CRM system mapped 6 stakeholders at the project kickoff. The Power/Interest Grid shaped the communication plan: CEO (high power, low interest) gets quarterly ROI summaries. Sales Director (high power, high interest) gets weekly alignment meetings. End users (low power, high interest) get training schedules and a feedback channel.

- A Power/Interest Grid (also called Mendelow's Matrix) plots stakeholders on two axes: power (vertical) and interest (horizontal). Each quadrant suggests a different engagement strategy.
